Paul is a non-executive board member and corporate financier with many years consulting experience. Helping to solve complex business problems, Paul was the editor and core author of ‘Act Local’, KPMG’s view of GovTech utilising his deep knowledge and experience of the application of emerging technologies to help deliver effective government services.  Paul holds an MBA and Masters in International Business Law, is a course tutor at LSE and was recognised in LinkedIn’s list of Top 10 UK Leaders.  He was twice listed in the DataIQ Big Data 100 most influential people in data.
